Military and defence fuel supply is mission-critical. Whether supporting a forward operating base, a peacekeeping mission, a national disaster response, or a training exercise, the ability to deliver reliable fuel to the right location at the right time determines operational capability.
Neftgen manufactures mobile fuel stations for military and defence applications that meet the demanding requirements of defence procurement: rapid deployment, extreme climate operation, maximum reliability, full accountability of fuel disbursement, and compliance with international defence standards.
Military Fuel System Requirements
Defence and military fuel systems must address requirements that go well beyond commercial applications:
- Rapid deployment — systems must be operational within hours of arrival on location
- Airlift and sealift compatibility — ISO container format enables C-17, C-130, and standard NATO logistics chain compatibility
- Extreme climate operation — from Arctic (-40°C) to desert (+55°C) without performance degradation
- Multi-fuel capability — NATO F-34 (AVTUR), F-54 (diesel), F-75 (winter diesel) in single or multi-product configurations
- Full disbursement accountability — every litre recorded with vehicle/equipment ID, operator, date and time
- Security — lockable cabinets, tamper-evident seals, optional CCTV provision
- Self-sufficiency — optional solar power and integrated generator for off-grid operation

Deployment Configurations
Forward Operating Base (FOB) Fuel Point
A 20 m³ or 30 m³ self-contained unit with 2 dispensers, RFID authorisation, and GSM remote monitoring. Operational within 4 hours of delivery. Single unit provides autonomy for a light battalion for 3–5 days depending on vehicle mix.
Main Operating Base (MOB) Fuel Depot
Modular system of 2–4 containers providing 60–120 m³ capacity. PLC automation with full BMS integration, multi-product dispensing (diesel + AVTUR), and a backup generator. Designed for sustained operations.
Rapid Deployment Kit
10 m³ unit in a 20 ft container with 1 dispenser, 12V DC pump, and solar-charged battery system. Delivers fuel with no external power source — helicopter-sling or airdrop-compatible palletised version available on request.
NATO and International Standards
Neftgen military fuel systems are designed with reference to NATO fuel handling standards and international military logistics requirements. All tank designs are EN 12285-2 certified; ATEX equipment meets Directive 2014/34/EU; containers carry CSC certification for international sea and land transport. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV available.
